PROYECTO QUE CREA UN FORO ROSARINO DE INDUSTRIAS CULTURALES
La propuesta está en el Concejo Municipal e intenta ponerse a tono con la provincia donde ya hay una secretaría específica.
El FRIC (Foro Rosarino de Industrias Culturales) tendrá por objetivo generar emprendimientos a través de la vinculación entre los emprendedores y la asistencia financiera y técnica, además de orientar la acción de la sociedad y el estado hacia las iniciativas de base cultural y difundir el conocimiento tanto dentro de la ciudad como fuera de ella de las industrias culturales rosarinas.

Im on IE 8, and could watch videos with no problems up until this morning at 3.00AM I wake up now and its not responding...every time I ran a virus scan, and I had one tracking cookie, which I got rid of. Can anyone help me identify and fix the problem?
